What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 3, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $10,763.87, which includes rent arrears up to April 3, 2021 and the cost of filing the application, less the rent deposit. The Tenants must also pay $57.83 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting April 4, 2021 until they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by April 3, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance, and the Landlord can file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
