What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Tenants contacted the Landlord and signed an agreement to continue the tenancy by paying the arrears.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $13,145.26 in rent arrears and additional rent according to a repayment schedule. If the Tenants fail to make any of the scheduled payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
