What happened

The ruling

If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $3,283.34 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by October 21, 2022. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $57.53 per day starting September 30, 2022 until the unit is vacated.
