The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 15, 2022, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $4,326.00 to the Landlord or the Board in trust by that date. The Tenant must pay $2,897.91 plus $24.66 per day starting March 5, 2022, for rent arrears, compensation, and filing fees. If the Tenant does not pay or move out by March 15, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for eviction enforcement.
