What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant. The application was filed after serving two valid N5 Notices, which the tenant did not void by correcting the behavior within the 7-day period.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 10, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Tenant shall pay $95.34 per day in compensation until vacant possession is given. The Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting October 11, 2021.
