What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant or another occupant committing an illegal act or carrying out an illegal trade, business or occupation involving drugs, and because the Tenant, another occupant or a person the Tenant permitted has seriously impaired the safety of any person.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by November 18, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay by the due date, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
