What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Landlord was no longer the owner of the residential complex and therefore no longer a landlord within the meaning of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006. The matter was adjourned to permit the Landlord to amend her application to add her successor in title as a party, but the Landlord failed to do so.
