What happened

The ruling
The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $2,777.82, which includes rent arrears from May 1, 2017 to July 31, 2017, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 21, 2017, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
