What happened

The Tenants must pay the Landlord $7,943.43, which includes rent arrears up to March 13, 2023 and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay $70.36 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting March 14, 2023 until they vacate.
