The Board ordered the Landlord to: 1) Paint the picnic tables and fix any broken patio stones, 2) Repair the broken window pane in the bedroom, and 3) Further investigate the water pressure valve as a cause of fluctuating water temperature and pressure in the rental unit and make any necessary repairs including installation of a new pressure valve.
