What happened

Landlord applied for an order to increase the rent by more than the guideline due to capital expenditures. The application was resolved by written hearing, and no submissions were received from the Tenants.

The ruling

The Landlord may increase the rents charged by 9.00% for the units set out in Schedule 1. The increase will be taken in three 3.00% increments from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2023. The increase is in addition to the annual guideline.
