What happened

Tenants applied for orders related to the landlords' failure to meet maintenance obligations, collection of illegal money, and harassment/interference. The tenancy was terminated by consent on June 4, 2014.

The ruling

The landlords shall pay the tenants $825 as rent abatement and $45 for the cost of filing the application, for a total of $870. The landlords shall also pay the LTB a $500 administrative fine.
