The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 15, 2022. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $9,400.30, plus $51.29 per day starting February 10, 2022. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount owing by March 15, 2022, they will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding. If the unit is not vacated by March 15, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement. The Tenants may void the eviction order and continue the tenancy by paying $11,992.25 on or before February 28, 2022, or $13,552.25 on or before March 15, 2022.
