What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation. The Landlord's L2 application is dismissed as abandoned. The request to review order TSL-08883-19 issued on January 24, 2020 is granted and replaced with this order. The interim orders issued on March 13, 2020 and January 5, 2022 are cancelled.
