What happened

The ruling

The Landlord is permitted to increase the rents by 0.15% for municipal taxes and charges, and 1.72% for capital expenditures, in addition to the annual guideline, effective January 1, 2019. The Landlord's application for a higher increase was partially denied due to ineligible expenses.
