What happened

The Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlords harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with them and substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex. The Landlord applied for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants because they substantially interfered with the Landlord's reasonable enjoyment and wilfully or negligently damaged the premises.

The ruling

The Tenants' applications (TST-69731-16 and TST-81841-17) are dismissed. The Landlord's application (TSL-81928-17) is adjourned to a date to be set by the Board.
