What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated on March 31, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $36,986 by February 28, 2023 or $39,286 by March 31, 2023 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $35,000 to the Landlord and $75.62 per day in compensation starting February 8, 2023 until they vacate the unit.
