What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by October 4, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $201 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay by October 3, 2021, they will owe interest starting October 4, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by October 4, 2021, the Landlords can file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
