The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 4, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $8,676.02 plus $66.40 per day from August 25, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 4, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
