What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The Landlord later requested to withdraw the application as the Tenant had made the required payments, but the Board had already issued an order terminating the tenancy before the withdrawal request could be addressed.

The ruling

The Landlord's request for review was granted. The previous order CEL-02131-21 dated August 24, 2021 terminating the tenancy was cancelled and replaced. The Landlord's application CEL-99243-21 is discontinued for the period ending November 30, 2021, as the Tenant had made the required payments.
