Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as per the previous order issued on March 9, 2020.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 28, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,559.59 plus $38.79 per day starting August 18, 2020 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 28, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting August 29, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by August 28, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
