What happened

The ruling

The Landlord's application for eviction is denied on the condition that the Tenant pays $780 by February 1, 2023, then $1,400 on the 1st of each month from March to September 2023, and the remaining $1,217.79 by October 1, 2023. If the Tenant fails to make any of these payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
