What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2022, based on the agreement signed by both Landlord and Tenant. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by this date. If the Tenant does not move out, the Landlord can file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for eviction enforcement starting July 1, 2022.
