What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. A valid N4 Notice was served, which the Tenants did not void. The Tenants were not present at the hearing. A payment agreement was signed by both parties before the hearing.

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay $1,585.00 to the Landlord for rent arrears and costs according to a specified payment schedule. The Tenants must also pay new rent on time and in full. If the Tenants fail to make any payment, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants within 30 days of the breach.
