What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant argued that there was an agreement to reduce the rent from $1,150 to $1,000, which the Landlords denied. The ruling

The Landlords' application for eviction is denied on the condition that the Tenant pays $2,000 by February 28, 2021, $650 on the 1st of each month from March 2021 to February 2022, $1,000 on the 20th of each month from March 2021 to January 2022, and $825 by February 20, 2022. If the Tenant fails to make any of these payments, the Landlords may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
