What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant, another occupant, or someone Tenant permitted substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective August 15, 2020. The Tenant must move out by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $6,122.50 for use of the unit from November 29, 2019 to August 4, 2020, and $24.49 per day from August 5, 2020 until the Tenant moves out. The Tenant must also pay the $190 application fee. Any payments made by the Tenant to the Landlord after the application was filed must be deducted from the amount ordered.
