The ruling
The parties agreed that the Tenants will pay the Landlord $33,600 in rent arrears by October 2024 according to a payment schedule. If the Tenants fail to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply to the LTB for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
