The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 31, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,496.79 for compensation of use of the unit from May 1, 2022 to October 20, 2022, plus $31.77 per day from October 21, 2022 until the Tenant moves out. The eviction is postponed until March 31, 2023 to allow the Tenant time to find new accommodation.
