What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Landlord had previously entered into an agreement with the Tenants to provide them an opportunity to pay the arrears and remain in the tenancy, but the Tenants failed to make the first two payments on time. The Tenants also allegedly stole the Landlord's daughter's credit card and a security camera.

The motion to set aside the previous order is denied. The stay of the previous order is lifted immediately.
