What happened

The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,907.62, which includes the remaining rent arrears and application fee, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay $50.30 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting February 4, 2022 until they move out.
