The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 16, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,235.82 plus $36.16 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting August 6, 2020 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 16, 2020, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
