The Tenant must pay the Landlords $8,350.39, which includes rent arrears, costs from the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 5, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
