The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 10, 2021. The Tenants must move out by that date and pay the Landlord $10,494.08 in compensation for use of the unit from March 1, 2021 to July 30, 2021, plus $69.04 per day from July 31, 2021 until they move out, and $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by August 10, 2021, they will owe interest starting August 11, 2021.
