What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's dogs continuously barking, defecating and urinating on the balcony, causing significant issues for the residents in the condominium below. The Landlords had served two N5 notices on the Tenant, but the issue continued.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 1, 2022, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting March 2, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of the application.
