What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant or another occupant committing an illegal act or carrying out an illegal trade, business or occupation in the rental unit or the residential complex involving the production of an illegal drug, the trafficking in an illegal drug or the possession of an illegal drug for the purposes of trafficking. The Landlord also claimed compensation for each day the Tenant remained in the unit after the termination date.

The ruling

The request to review order TEL-11584-20-RV issued on September 29, 2020 is denied. The order is confirmed and remains unchanged. The interim order issued on October 16, 2020 is cancelled and the stay of order TEL-11584-20-RV is lifted.
