What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant was already being evicted by a separate order being enforced by the Sheriff.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $25,000 in rent arrears and $175 in application fees. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 2, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
