What happened

Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with them and entered the rental unit illegally. The Tenants alleged that the Landlord's real estate agent entered the unit without proper notice and that the Landlord interfered with the Tenants' right to restrict showings.

The ruling

The application is dismissed. The Tenant did not establish on a balance of probabilities that the Landlord's real estate agent entered the unit illegally or that the Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenants.
