What happened

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amount. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by November 4, 2023, and pay $14,315.03 plus $78.74 per day from September 29, 2023, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting November 5, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
