What happened

Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord sold, retained or otherwise disposed of the Tenants' property before 72 hours had elapsed after the Tenants were evicted or the Landlord did not make the Tenants' property available to be retrieved at a location close to the rental unit during the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm within 72 hours after the Tenants were evicted.

The ruling

The Tenants' request to review the order issued on March 3, 2020 is granted. The Landlord shall pay the Tenants $5,000.00 for the reasonable costs of replacing the Tenants' truck.
