What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation by the Landlord's Son.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated as of July 31, 2021 pursuant to the Landlord's notice of termination. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before January 31, 2022. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by January 16, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest. If the unit is not vacated by January 31, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
