What happened
Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent and substantial interference. The Tenant did not attend the hearing.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective September 30, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $44.48, plus $42 per day starting October 1, 2021 until the unit is vacated. The Tenant must also pay the $201 application fee. If the unit is not vacated by September 30, 2021, the Landlords may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
