What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 16, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $5,859.65 plus $55.72 per day from July 1, 2021 until the unit is vacated. If the full amount is not paid by July 16, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
