The ruling

The Tenant shall pay rent on time going forward, and if they fail to do so, the Landlord may apply for an eviction order. The Tenant shall also pay the $186 application fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owed by April 24, 2021, they will start accruing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
