What happened

The ruling

The Landlord's application is granted with conditions. Tenants must pay full lawful monthly rent on time for 12 months starting September 1, 2021. Tenants must also pay the application filing fee of $186.00 by January 31, 2022. If Tenants fail to make any payment, the Landlord may apply for termination and eviction without notice.
