The tenancy is terminated effective July 6, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $12,157.59, representing rent arrears, application fees, less the rent deposit and interest. If the Tenant does not pay by July 6, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
