What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants because the Landlords require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation for a period of at least one year.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated effective September 30, 2021. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before September 30, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction on or after October 1, 2021.
