What happened

Tenants applied for an order determining that Landlords failed to meet their maintenance obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 or failed to comply with health, safety, housing or maintenance standards. The Landlords requested a review of the original order, alleging they were not reasonably able to participate in the proceeding and that the order contains a serious error.

The ruling

The request to review the original order was granted. The Tenant's application was dismissed as the Landlord acted within a reasonable time to address the issues raised.
