What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to persistent late payment of rent. The Landlord served the Tenants with an N8 Notice of Termination and multiple N4 Notices of Termination for Non-payment of Rent.

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay the full monthly rent on or before the 1st of each month for a 12-month period starting October 1, 2020. If the Tenants fail to make any of the payments, the Landlord can apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants without notice. The Tenants must also pay the $190 application fee by October 15, 2020.
