The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by February 6, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $10,495.91, which includes rent arrears and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay $65.58 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting January 27, 2022 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 6, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
