What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The parties reached an agreement at the hearing.

The ruling

Order TNL-30604-21, issued on February 12, 2021, is set aside and replaced. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $12,360.00 as follows: $500.00 on or before each consecutive Friday, beginning April 9, 2021 and continuing until the entire balance is paid in full. The Tenant shall also pay the April rent on or before April 2, 2021. If the Tenant fails to make the payments in full and on time, the entire balance will become due and payable, and the Landlord can apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
